Such a thing as a daily routine is becoming increasingly rare in modern life, but this factor also has an important role in maintaining health. Rhythm of human life must include time to work, rest, sleep, and eat. Person who fails to comply with such conditions of the day, eventually becomes irritable, he accumulates fatigue, is more prone to stress and disease. Unfortunately, modern man is hard to maintain a good schedule: you have to sacrifice time devoted to sleep, to eat only when there is time, etc. The correct schedule will not only help maintain health, but also to better organize your time.

Gymnastics, athletics, outdoor games are very useful for the cardiovascular system, lungs, strengthen the musculoskeletal system. Jogging has a positive effect on the nervous and endocrine systems.
